- I am entering the second half of life. I have a doctorate in early childhood education and now I am interested in human development up to and including the last stages of life. I am interested in "play" and the creative process, the making of meaning propels me; the social construction of knowledge challenges me. I am a mixed media artist and I have a love of abstract impressionism and have let go enough to paint in oils.
